Onibus Coffee : Brewathome No,12

What have you been up to recently guys??

I am putting up another online coffee fest post today here!!

I have done two of them now, the today's one is the third one which means half way through this set already!!

I will be sharing my thought of this coffee here and the one I brewed today is from Onibus Coffee in Tokyo!!

Again, I actually have been to one of their branch in Tokyo quite a while ago. They have 3 shops altogether in Tokyo and I got to visit one of them and then I had a flatwhite back then!!

This roaster came along with other four roasters in this fest, so like the last time with little darling coffee, I am happy to write the post about it !!

So let's get on with it! The coffee today is from onibus!!

Address ; 4 Chome-10-20 Yakumo, Meguro City, Tokyo 152-0023, Japan

I've provided the website on the other one when I talked about this shop, but I might as well leave it here anyway!

Well,

I was really excited for their single origin a lot, I get excited to try all of them, but this one just seems really tasty, I had a great expectation to taste this one!!

This one is from Rwanda and it is one of my favourite countries to get coffee from!

I have an impression of producing fruity and juicy coffee from there!

So, I was sure I would like this coffee already even before brewing ! lol

Here is the detail of Rwanda Coffee !!

Country ; Rwanda Remera Lot8

Region ; Nyamagabe

Process ; Fully Washed

Variety ; Bourbon

Altitude ;1,800 - 2,200m

And I brewed this single origin with the following recipe!

Dose ; 15.0g

Yield ; 225g

Brew Temp ; 90c

Brew Time ; 2 mins 45 secs

Grind size ; Medium

Ta-da!! Brewed result is here!!

I used my normal brewing recipe for this I couldnt find their barista's recommended recipe!

Onibus never lets me down for their incredible coffee! When I went to the shop to drink flat white it was a delicious cup as well, but i unfortunately didn't try their pour over.

So, I am glad I got to brew their Rwanda coffee in filter by myself to find out their coffee!!

It was a super clean coffee and round mouthfeel!!

The acidity is quite orangey I would say its like a sliced orange that is soaked in the syrup.

It was really simple and my favourite kinda flavour and cup!!

But this simpleness is the hard one to produce from skilled roasting!!!

That is all guys!!

If you ever have a chance to come to Tokyo, you should definitely try their coffee from the shop!!

Next one up is little bit unique coffee I have ever tried, so If you are curious stay tuned!!

Cheers!!

Y
