What's up everybody!!
It's time for brewing coffee people!
I am back doing brew at home posts again!! The reason why I am doing this time is because there has been another online coffee festival project produced by 'GOOD Coffee' in Tokyo.
They orgarnised the third one with five roasters set!! As i mentioned little bit of this event on the last post, I managed to buy their coffee set for this event!
The line up of this one is also amazing and they called out some really popular and famous ones for this, too!!
I ordered the coffee as soon as it got available and it got sent after a week, so now I will start drinking them one roaster at a time!!
I was spending ages to decide which one to start with like i struggled on the last package as well!
And it was the fun part knowing you will eventually drink all of them!!
So, I went for this roaster called 'Nagasawa Coffee' !!

Address ; 1Chome - 11-23 Ueda, Morioka, Iwate 020-0066, Japan
Website ; https://www.nagasawa-coffee.net/

I am gonna be honest with you guys! Until The good coffee include this roaster, I didnt know about the shop before.
It is due to lack of my research! It says above that the location is in Iwake prefecture which is miles up north from my place and never visited this place either!!!
Probably will take 5,6 hours by car!!
I searched up on Google Map and checked their website, and it offers a variety of single origin and on online shop as well!
The shop is attached with roastery, so you can drink in their coffees!!
But this time I enjoyed their coffee and brewed it at home!!!
Here I will share the detail of their origin.
Country ; Ethiopia
Region ; Yirgaceffe, Gedeb,
Process ; Fully washed
Variety ;Heirloom

This is the recipe I used for this origin!
Dose; 15,1g
Yield; 225g
Brew temp; 93 c
Brew time ; 3,00 mins
Grind size ; Medium-fine

Ta-da! There you go guys!! Beautiful ethiopian washed coffee is brewed!!
I was so excited as this is the very first one out of five although ill be as excited when I will try the other ones too! lol
I did try to find their recommended recipe they used in the shop but I couldn't, so I went for my standard approach with 1:15.
It was really tasty cup like honestly, you feel the juicy sort of pineapple and white grape acidity at the beginning with a smooth finish!
Also It does have a fancy tea-like ending which lasts for long time!!
It could definitely work with iced pour over, too!
Well, well, the good coffee online fest has kicked off greatly in my opinion, any of the origins could have surprised me to start with anyway.
If you re excited to see what roaster i will try next, stay tuned to this page,
I will try to share is as soon as possible!!!
Until then, Cheers!!!
