Hi all! How have you been doing recently??
I have been off writing posts last weekend as I have been at work!!
But I have days off at the beginning of this week, so I will be finally sharing the last single origin of this good coffee package today!!
If anyone is awaiting, apologies from me.
Well, its kinda sad this is the last one to do out of five roasters set.
Especially I like the fact that I get to try many coffees, on top of that, its from all around Japan where its super remote from my place to visit.
It allowed me to try coffee from many places around Japan, and being able to find out good scenes in each city.
So, big shout out to the Good Coffee for creating this project and i am sure many of us who purchased this deal must be thankful too!!
Anyways, the one I will share is from Fukuoka Prefecture again, this is miles away from my city.
It is called 'Manly Coffee' !!

Address : 2 Chome-14-21 Hirao, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka, 810-0014
Website : http://manly-coffee.com/

I watched a clip of how to get to the shop, and it looked really confusing from their nearest station, so when you visit this place, you might wanna check out this video to clarify the direction!
But once you get there, the building looks really cute kind of an old japanese style house with a modern layout inside!
The website looks quite simple with theme colours of blue and white and minimalistic design!!
Here is more information about the coffee I tasted!
Country : Honduras
Region / Farmer : El Laurel
Variety : Parainema
Process : Fully washed
The grown altitude wasn't mentioned on the neither website nor Coffee Que card as it is not on the sell anymore.
The first time seeing this variety 'Parainema' . The seeds are quite large.

And the recipe I used for this is the same as other four origins.
Dose : 15.0g
Grind size ; Medium-fine
Yield ; 235g
Temp ; 90 c
Brew time ; 2, 30 secs
Wow..
This is another amazing cup experience!!
It was a really clean and smooth finish, in terms of actual tasting, it says Lime, White Grape, Orange loads of juicy and fruity bright acidity.
It also has jasmine tea-like aroma and aftertaste.

Well, this is it guys!!
I have tried all the five different coffees! Started with Costa rica and Kenya blend, and
Ethiopian washed + natural, Two Honduras Washed coffees!
I kinda wished that the origin had varied a bit more and mixed with more countries.
But being able to try five coffees in one package is such an amazing deal!
Especially, I would rather buy little bit of many single origin coffees than buying 200, 300g of one coffee!
Coz i personally enjoy drinking different cup experience everyday!
It is also cool to stick with your all time favourite one!
And this is the end of this good coffee set and managed to share all of them here.
Thanks to everyone following this journey with me and luckily I have just seen that they will do third one soon.
So, If I manage to buy their stay at home set again, I would love to share my experience again like this one.
The next package will include all the different and completely new roasters around Japan!
It is definitely gonna be the sick one again I can promise here! lol
Anyways,
Until I buy next coffee. See you soon!!
Cheers!!
Y
