Hey All!
Hope you are all doing well although most of you are still in quarantined and
possibly getting stressed out not to be able to go outside with some exceptions!!
The situation could change hugely and now is the time to be really careful how you act in life and wether you really need to do this or that and stuff!
But we are all sure this will come to the end at some point! so a bit of a patience test for us! Although here in Japan doest have a crazy serious lockdown..
But it has been nearly a month since the PM announced the emergency declaration with requesting that business closing down, school shut etc.
And things are gradually getting better so only little more persistence to beat this!
Anyways, now I have loads of time to do something,
this blogging is one of my ways to make the most of it, like I put up a series of my Marseille holiday in travel page.
So, Im back here on the coffee page to share another coffee shop in Tokyo that I visited a couple of months ago!
Trying to remember my vague memories and to get it back as clearly and accurately as possible.
I had a plan to meet my friends in Tokyo, so came down but I had a hour until I see them, so I chose to come this shop that I wanted go since the last time I was in Tokyo!
And here this is! 'Glitch Coffee and Roasters'!!
Look at this entrance!! its gorgeous!!

Address : 1F 3-16 KANDA-NISHIKICHO CHIYODA-KU TOKYO 101-0054
Website : https://glitchcoffee.com/

They also have two more shops, another shop in a different area of tokyo (Akasaka)
and they recently opened a new location in Nagoya!!
I have only been to the first shop which is in Jumbo cho! but the other two look also sick and I am so tempted to visit too!!
So, it is on the ground floor of some kind of old apartment type building, but the shop looks shining and has a sophisticated atmosphere!!!
I walked in and first things I saw is the selections of beans they offer for pourovers
Its all neatly displayed with information of each origins!
I was told by my friend that they use really pricy and high quality beans so the cup will be expensive,
then I was surprised when I saw the prices! haha
Like even the lowest one cost 800yen for a cup! Some really good ones are 2,000 or even 3,000 yen!! lol
What the fucking luxurious cup of coffee it will be if i ordered one!
But obviously I went for the one from Honduras! but still 800 yen!!
It is normally 400- 500 yen in general!
so still to me it was still more than I usually pay for a pour over!!
And i was looking around the shop whilst i was await for my coffee!
At the brewing bar, they have those equipments that I have never seen before!
It is called Gina smart coffee. I don't know much about it, of course never brewed with it so I personally am not an expert..lol
But they look so cool and modern brewing kit!!

They roast the coffee on site as well! I mean it says roasters so thats another their main business! haha
I was only thinking this shop will be so hot when this roaster is on and running! lol
I kinda wanted to see the process tho!
I've spotted some expensive looking green beans, so they do use really high quality ones to create top quality coffees!

Here is my coffee! Honduras Comayagua Tio Juan!
Variety ; Typica, IH90
Process ; Anaerobic Natural
Altitude ; 1750 m
Tasting notes ; Plum, Black berry, Strawberry, Chocolate, Floral, Mellow sweetnesss
It was honestly a mind blowing experience!!
It was definitely worth it!! So pure plum juicy flavour! My first time drinking anaerobic process which I've never heard of until I tried this one!!
But apparently now it is getting one of the popular processed lately and won cup of excellence and stuff!
I had such an amazing experience with them and staffs are so friendly and super skilled I would love to learn their skills and knowledge from them!!
This place is one of my absolutely fav ones by far and literally where I wanna go back once i am allowed to go out again to Tokyo!!
Well, this is the of this introducing this coffee shop from me!!
And I have shared all I have been to with you guys!
This means i have no more to put up until I get to go to the next one, I am not sure when it will be next time considering the situation.
But I cant wait to be doing this blog again!!
Hopefully i can come back here again soon!!
Cheers!!
Y
