And Coffee Roasters : Brewathome No, 4

Here I am back on doing the home brewing time again!

Today one is gonna be the last one from and coffee roasters but definitely not the least single origin that I did!

It is kinda sad that this is the final one from this shop as in the *stay at home* set.

The one I brewed for the last one which i will be sharing today is from Guatemala!

If you're curious about the roastery, please go check the first post of this whole series where I mentioned the address and website infomation!

So, it is again from the same roaster but different country.

Guatemala coffee is one of my favourite countries to try coffee from. I was quite excited how this one would turn out!

Here is the bit of detail about this coffee as much as I can!

Country ; Guatemala

Region ; New Oriente, Colis Jalapa

Farm ; Naranjales

Variety ; 60% Pache, 20% Catuai, 20% Pacas

Altitude ; 1,535m - 1,640m

Process ; Dry washed

Harvest Period ; 2019/01

I took the same approach in terms of the recipe for this one as well!

I don't really change the recipe, ratio and stuff depending on coffees to be honest!

I would like to first of all keep my brewing consistency well in order for me to get the constantly similar or the same result!

Then, I get to experiment afterwards to see what can be better etc..

So, the recipe will be like this;

Dose ;13.0 g

Grind size ; Medium fine

Yield ; 200g

Temp ; 90C

Brew time ; 2 50mins

Tada!! I made this pic look super extra!!

Just wanted to make it look nice for insta post as well! I am getting into a this flatay style recently!

Well, the first impression I had to this coffee is omg, its clarity. Its amazing how clean this coffee tastes.

Literally like when I had my first , I was like I almost didn't notice that the liquid went through my mouth to the throat! lol

That was how clean this coffee as my first impression!!

And well-balanced with sweetness and acidity with a long aftertaste but not that long it fades away beautifully as its a clean cup!

It also has a soft appley and mango with lemony syrup as it cools down!

I finished it all so quickly coz its clean and easy to drink and enjoyable!

Great experience indeed!!

I was so happy that I kept this one until the last one to try!!

Well, it has been a great experience with And coffee roasters!! Im glad I bought the stay home set from them and got to enjoy four different single origins whilst you are home!

This set definitely made my coffee brewing so much more fun and encourage me to buy coffees more so I can have a better coffee brewing time at home!!

I will plan to buy some more coffees from probably a different roaster next time in the future, if i do, i will surely share that with you on here!!

Hope you enjoy this set of brew at home posts, id say chapter one with 'and coffee roasters' !!!

Which roaster should I try next ??

Stay home and brew at home!!

Cheers!!
