Hey hey hey! Here I am back again!!
I will be sharing another single origin coffee from And coffee roaster
The box included 4 different origins and I introduced the first two of them!
Today one is gonna be the third one and
already half way through!! haha
I have done, colombia, rwanda, they were both amazing coffees and I enjoyed them loads!
Brewing at home is really fun and always get to explore different ratios and recipes all created by myself that wether that is your own thing or someone's inspirations!
So, the next one i tried is Ethiopian Single origin from obviously the same roastery!
Again, I wont tell you much detail about the shop anymore go back to the first series of this brew at home post!!

Region ; Gedeo, Kochore, Debo
Farmer ; Yirgacheffe Small farmers (2ha), 800 farmers
Variety ; Ethiopian Heirloom
Altitude ; 1,800m - 2,000m
Process ; Fully wahed

This is how I brewed with origin, I basically went for the same approach, so the recipe is the same!!
Dose ; 13.0g
Grind size ; Medium fine
Yield ; 200g
Temp ; 92 C
Brew time ; 2,50 mins

The new hand grinder I bought is performing really well so i am quite chuffed with it!
And there you go, the end result!
As for the tasting notes, it gave me the sweetness of candied lemon with a round mouthfeel, elegant sweet aftertaste lasts long. It also has a tea like impression to me.
It was a really clean cup and super enjoyable!
I had another great experience with single from and coffee roasters!
I used to be obsessed with ethiopian natural processed coffee but now i am getting into the washed ones too!! haha

this has been the third out of four origins, the next will be obviously the last one, and stay tuned if you're curious about the what the last one is!
