Hi! how is it going everyone?
I am back here again to be sharing another coffee time at home!!!
As its mentioned on the title, i am gonna be doing brew at home experience with a different single origin today!!
i literally did it today and wanted to share and introduce this coffee to you as well whilst my memory is still fresh and clear!!
So the last time I tried the colombian geisha from And coffee roasters,
and today the roaster is the same, but I have brewed a single origin from Rwanda!
So, I won't provide any more detail about the location and social media info here again.

Origin ; Rwanda
Region; Karisimbi
Manufacturer; Gicumbi W.S
Vartiety : Bourbon
Altitude; 2,000m
Process ; Fully washed

Here is the recipe for this one!! This is gonna be the pretty much the same approach tho, but ill share anyway! haha
Beans weight ; 13,0g
Grind sise medium fine
Yield; 200g
Brew temp; 90 c
Brew time; 2, 45 mins

Tada!! My pourover went really well for this one!
It brewed the amazing cup of coffee!
I bought a Hario hand mill slim the other day and it came in today, so I tested this straight away to brew this one!
As I was using a bit crappy one for the grinder before, now the extraction seems to perfect better and more consistent!!
As for he tasting notes, it has plum, red cherry like acidity, with clean mouthfeel and sweetness becomes more obvious as it is cooling down!
Again, I had a great home brewing experience and time with this origin!!
I like coffee from rwanda in general, so I kinda already had quite high expectation when I brewed it, but it definitely have gone beyond that!!!
So, the next one I am planning to try is from the same shop but another single!
You better stay tuned to the next one as I will be doing this soon!!
Cheers!
Stay hone and safe and Brew at home!!
Y
